Harder to kill

Hysteria is not a good thing. It makes people act stupid. It makes people lose their ability to think rationally and clearly. It makes people become turn their selfish side. It makes people stop thinking about the greater good of everyone and only about themselves.

Instead of buying into the mass hysteria that is going around, try doing something constructive about it. Here are a few things you can do to help yourself avoid this mindset.

1- Read actual factual information instead of the 24hr news outlet (opinion shows).  Scientists are actually really smart and study this stuff as a career and know a lot more about this than any politician ever will.

2- Wash your hands often. Simple rule when washing your hands. Sing the complete abc's song. It should take about 20 seconds which is the recommended time for washing your hands

3- Eat healthy!!! Eat food the helps support your immune system. Eat and drink foods that are loaded with antioxidants. This helps your liver clean and purify your blood.

4- Workout and exercise. I don't care what kind of workout it is. As long as it is improving your health physically and mentally.

Simply put, do these things to make yourself harder to kill. That's it. This is not complicated, but so many people would like you to think it is. Is what we are dealing with these days serious? 

Yes it is and it should not be taken lightly, but it also should not be thought of in a mass hysteria mindset. This kind of mindset is what gets us in trouble as a society.
