About a week ago, I heard from Born Tough with an interesting opportunity - test out some of their clothing and workout gear - and leave a review with my thoughts.

If you read this blog regularly, you know that I focus on mindset, intent and wellness. So this review will be a bit of a departure from those themes in some ways. But, ultimately, performance and finding ways to increase performance in the gym and in our daily lives contribute to many of those same themes.

I decided to give Born Tough a shot and report back on performance, value and general thoughts on their take on athletic gear.

Once I have their products in hand, I’ll update with my thoughts and opinions. I look forward to sharing with all of you.

***UPDATE***

I received my Born Tough workout clothes about 10 days ago and I wanted to put both the shorts and tank top through two workouts and a washing in between the workouts. Over all I am very satisfied with theb performance of both the shorts and tops. They went through the wash and came out looking brand new. The materials used to make the Born Tough gear are very comfortable to workout in. Out of both items, I really like the shorts with the built in compression shorts a lot. My only complaint would be the tank top is a little long in the body and sits a little higher on the neck then I personally prefer. Overall though, I am very happy with the clothing and the Born Tough price points are rather nice as well. I would definitely try out other items that Born Tough makes and sells. Check them out!!
