The Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift & Overhead Press
The Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Press are the three main lifts that we u and teach and coach here at Big Tree Fitness. We start this process by teaching proper form, technique and body position through body weight only foundation programing and training before graduating up to the next level. A proper foundation of strength helps prevent injury, complete range of motion as well as promoting mental confidence for increased weight.

When we design our 6 and 8 week workout programs, we build our strength and conditioning through a variety of different equipment. We use these pieces of equipment to perform a multitude of different exercises to help you reach your goals and beyond.
