When i belonged to other gyms, I would always give myself a reason not to go. Now that I belong to Big Tree Garage Fitness, I want to go. Michael is very knowledgable and encouraging> I have mobility issues and Michael has not only talked to his own personal trainer, but has done his own research to find ways to help me with my mobility issues. I am stronger then I have ever been. Having worked for a popular weight loss program, i lost a lot of weight a couple years ago and I am healthier NOW then I was then. My exercise program is what keeps me going.
