I love being in the woods running or hiking. It is a place where I can find an inner peace that allows me to open up with ideas and thoughts that aren't cluttered by the business of the day to day life. This time has allowed me to expand on ideas and solve all sorts of problems. It has allowed me to think about and come up with clear answers on how to confront situations that may seem unpleasant on the surface, but once I dug deep down I found that could confront unpleasant situations from a much more healthy point of view that would help both sides.
